2024 Summer Camp
This is our 13th year of Summer Camp! We have raked up many exciting programs for our campers! As usual, we will keep our motto of teaching by inspiring and learning with fun!!! We will keep our normal schedule of morning academic classes and afternoon activity classes (with few exceptions). Besides our usual Chinese, English, Math and Science, Piano, Drawing arts and Spanish classes in our academic curriculum. Kong Fu and TJ Robotic team, partner with us to offer some wonderful robotic classes and Lego lessons. We are looking forward to having your children to join us in the summer of 2024.

Summer Camp Brief
机器人课程 Robotic Class
在夏令营期间，我们将介绍FIRST比赛、机器人制造、计算机辅助设计（CAD）、计算机编程、团队建设和外联。学生们将动手制作一个简单的机器人，以培养他们对机器人的兴趣。我们将让学生为比赛季节做好准备，并激发他们对STEM的兴趣。
We will introduce FIRST competitions, robot building, computer-aided design (CAD), computer programming, team building, and outreach during the camp. Students will build a simple robot to develop their interest in robotics. We will get students ready for competition season and spark their interest in STEM.
艺术手工和音乐课程 Art Craft and Music Classes
我们的手工课能启发孩子的想象力、创造力的同时，训练他们积极动手动脑，增强手、眼、心各部位的协调配合能力，建立孩子的自信心。夏令营也提供国画，西画，雕塑，素描，艺术设计等多种课程。我们还有多年教学经验的钢琴老师提供高质量的钢琴课程，让孩子们在暑期可以得到音乐启蒙，培养他们的艺术细胞。
Our handicraft classes inspire children's imagination and creativity while training them to actively use their hands and brains actively, enhance the coordination of their hands, eyes, and heart, and build their self-confidence. The camp also offers a variety of classes in Chinese painting, Western painting, sculpture, sketching, art design, and more. We also have piano teachers with years of teaching experience who provide high-quality piano lessons so that children can get a musical initiation and develop their artistic cells during the summer.
中文课程 Chinese language classes and Field Trip
夏令营期间为普通话沉浸式教学提供有趣的氛围。
我们为学生提供所需的课程和资源，以便从暑假顺利过渡到新学年的普通话课程。也为从未接触过普通话的学生提供一个学习普通话的途径。夏令营也提供校外考察旅行，在实际生活中促进更多鼓舞人心和娱乐性的文化探索事件和活动。
Provide a fun atmosphere for Mandarin immersion during summer camp.
We provide students with the curriculum and resources they need to transition smoothly from the summer to the new school year in Mandarin. It also provides a way for students who have never been exposed to Mandarin to learn it. The summer camp also offers field trips to promote more inspiring and entertaining cultural exploration events and activities in a real-life setting.
武术课程
夏令营武术课程以较高强度的运动性课堂游戏作为热身运动，学习传统功夫、搏击的基本功训练。孩子们可以了解中国武术文化,提高身体协调性并促进大脑及神经系统功能，促进身体发育,增强体质、锻炼学生身体的柔韧性和力量。增加学生参加集体活动以及对高级别身体运动的兴趣。提高学生的警觉性、自制力和自信心。
The summer camp martial arts program uses high-intensity athletic classroom games as a warm-up exercise to learn the basic training of traditional kung fu and combat. Children will learn about Chinese martial arts culture, improve physical coordination and promote brain and nervous system function, promote physical development, enhance physical fitness, and build flexibility and strength. Increase students' interest in participating in group activities and high-level physical exercise. Improve students' alertness, self-control, and self-confidence.
